This deluxe 3-Ring Leather Collar is lockable, and features 3 different D-rings to keep your sub securely bound. 

Handmade of real leather in the USA, the Spartacus Locking Collar has dual straps, stitched together: 1.75 inches outer strap + 1 inch inner strap. 

The buckle closure lets it adjust between 12.5 and 16.5 inches circumference, wrapped around their neck. The collar includes three different D-rings outside, for 4 attachment points total.
